EE to offer Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ with WiFi Calling and six months free unlimited Google Play Music access
EE, the UK's most advanced digital communications company, today announced it is to offer Samsung’s latest flagship smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+, on its superfast 4GEE network. The new handset will support WiFi Calling, enabling high-quality calls in more places when only connected by WiFi, and also comes with the latest version of Android Lollipop.
Like the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge, the S6 edge+ is perfectly suited to take full advantage of EE’s 4G+ network. The new handset is ideal for both work and play, whether users are streaming high definition video on the phone’s 5.7 inch super AMOLED screen, or performing more demanding tasks that require split-screen performance. And with a whopping 3,000mAh battery, fast charge and wireless charging capabilities, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ is designed to last all day.
Powered by the Samsung Exynos 7420 64-bit octa-core processor, and 4GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ blends form and functionality with industry leading features.
Consumer and business customers will be able to pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ in Gold Platinum or Black Sapphire colour variants via the EE online shop, EE telesales and EE retail stores from 18th August. The device will be available from 4th September. Customers who buy the handset before 30th September will also be able to stream ad-free music from a library of more than 30 million songs and enjoy curated playlists for any moment or activity with six months free unlimited access to Google Play Music.
EE will also be ranging a wide range of Samsung accessories, including the Samsung Wireless Charger, which features a sophisticated glass design and allows customers to charge their handset more conveniently.
