EE, the UK's most advanced digital communications company, today announced Samsung's new flagship smartphones, the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, are available for consumer and business customers to pre-order from www.ee.co.uk. Handsets purchased through EE direct channels will feature WiFi Calling, 4G Calling (VoLTE), and three months free exclusive unlimited access to Google Play Music* on the UK’s biggest and fastest 4G network.
The Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge are available to pre-order on a range of 4GEE price plans via the EE online shop, EE telesales and through EE retail stores. The 32GB Galaxy S7 on EE is just £49.99 on a £44.49 a month, 24 month 4GEE Extra plan, which comes with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 4GB of mobile data a month. The 32GB Galaxy S7 edge is available for just £29.99 on a £49.99 a month, 24 month plan, and comes with unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 4GB of mobile data a month. Existing EE customers looking to upgrade to the same plans will receive 10GB of mobile data per month for the same price. 4GEE Extra plans give people access to the UK’s fastest 4G speeds, and have inclusive calls and texts when travelling in the EU.
The Galaxy S7 and S7 edge are brimming with a host of new features and specifications that set new standards in the smartphone market. Both handsets incorporate the latest chipset technology, and when partnered with the UK’s biggest and fastest 4G network in the UK, ensure they are able to access EE’s 4G+ network, offering download speeds of up to 150 Mbps for the ultimate in connectivity and performance. Handsets purchased from the EE online shop, EE telesales and EE retail stores will also be able to support WiFi Calling allowing customers to make calls and send texts in more places across the UK, as well as 4G Calling (VoLTE) which will be provisioned on the handsets for customers shortly after launch so they can stay on superfast 4G when making calls.
EE will offer the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge handsets in both Black and Gold colour variants to business and consumer customers via the EE online shop, EE telesales and EE retail stores. All customers who pre-order the Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge from EE before 6th March will receive their new handset three days before the official launch – on 8th March instead of 11th March. There will also be a wide range of Samsung accessories available from EE, including Micro SD memory cards, screen protectors and wireless charging pads.
