EE hosts music legend Nile Rodgers and other festival stars in EE's 4G garden at Glastonbury 2013

Guests of EE's 4G Garden at Glastonbury 2013 got lucky when they were treated to an exclusive live Q&A with legendary producer, Daft Punk collaborator and Chic founder Nile Rodgers.

Live music performances in the Garden included an acoustic session from UK chart topper Sam Smith ('Latch' and 'La La La') and a mesmerising set from band of the moment London Grammar ('Darling, Are You Gonna Leave Me').

A number of festival stars also enjoyed relaxing in EE’s 4G Garden over the weekend: the Hurts, Amber Le Bon, Radio 1 DJ B.Traits, Disclosure and Liam Fray from The Courteeners all took time out to enjoy a few cold drinks in the warm sunshine.

As the official communications and technology partner of Glastonbury, EE developed the official app for the festival and installed a 4G network on site to keep festival goers tweeting, blogging and updating their Facebook pages. The superfast mobile company also provided two free recharge tents allowing revellers to charge their phones to stay connected and took the world’s first 'slowest fastest' 4G hotspot tractor for a spin around the site so Glastonbury goers could try EE's 4G for themselves.
