EE introduces new market-leading mobile insurance plans
Thursday 7th August, 2014: EE, the UK’s most advanced digital communications company, today announced the launch of two new mobile insurance plans, Full Cover and Damage Cover – designed to take the stress and complexity out of mobile phone insurance. Both plans are available immediately from EE shops, EE telesales and via the EE online shop.
EE is also announcing two new insurance plans specifically for small businesses.
For just £10 per month, EE’s Full Cover offers unrivalled insurance and protection. Customers receive cover against loss, theft and damage, with a simple claims process that includes a same day or next day replacement – keeping inconvenience to a minimum.
Customers who choose Full Cover also benefit from exclusive discounts of up to 50% off upgrade fees mid contract, plus those using Android handsets also receive a free subscription to the premium version of Lookout Mobile Security - EE edition, providing enhanced mobile security, content back-up and free theft alerts.
For customers who are just looking for cover against accidents or mishaps, EE is also launching Damage Cover. For just £6.50 per month, Damage Cover offers customers a replacement phone if their phone is accidentally damaged, with claims fulfilled the same day or next day.
